Anna Maria Island Club is a phenomenal 40 unit condominium complex located in Bradenton Beach Florida.  The North and South Building are directly on the beach with a large pool in the center of the two buildings directly on the Gulf of Mexico.  Parking can be found under each building and due to limited parking they have just one parking place for each property.  Due to parking challenges each guest is provided a parking pass and the condominium approves all inbound guests.  Each building has an elevator along with several stair access points.  There are three levels.  The garage area is the first level, the first living floor is the second level and the second living floor is the third level.

There is no bad location in Anna Maria Island Club as all units have direct Gulf front views.  The two buildings form a V shape with the opening of the V facing the Gulf Waters.  All units are two bedroom two baths and they have very strict rules regarding number of guests that can stay as well as only (1) vehicle parking per unit.
