Check out Coquina Sands in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island! This newly updated townhome style vacation rental with private pool is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home that comfortably sleeps 6. You can even bring your furry friends as this property will allow up to 2 dogs with a non-refundable dog fee of $250 plus tax per dog. Dogs only, and at this time there are no weight restrictions.
THINGS TO KNOW
Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
As stated above dogs are allowed with a fee. Pet Fee $250/pet Plus Tax.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

My family and I went to AMI for our annual family vacation; and, a portion of us stayed here. It was nothing short of incredible. The home and location were amazing; and, although so close to the beach, it had a great mix of privacy and walkability to local restaurants, gym, and shops.

Great house, perfect location! 100 steps to the beach with no busy streets to cross, and walking distance to many shops/restaurants. The house is so much bigger than it looks. Plenty of space for our family of 6. The pool was great and the ocean view was a wonderful bonus!!
